Arts & Sciences Staff Council – Any member of the Staff Council is happy to help our new staff members figure things out.  Please do not hestitate to contact any of us to let us know what you need.

UNCG.edu – (homepage) – use the search box in the upper right corner to find anything UNCG

INB Banner – Must take Banner training to get an account. This is a huge database used to look up financial data for any fund (aka index), employees, doners, students, and vendors. Genie refreshes from INB banner

UNC Genie – Must take HR and Finance training to access parts of Genie – EPAFs, and Finance to manage your department fund(s). Must take Course scheduling training to begin scheduling. You are able to view and update your employee information, view and print your pay stubs, view leave balances, and tax forms

ePrints – Contact Wendy Blum to get an account. You will use ePrints to download montly reports to reconcile your department’s expenses. Eprints has a lot of helpful financial reports relating to all of your departmental funds.

eMarketplace – Must take eMarketplace training to get an account. Most purchases for supplies are completed through eMarket. You can also get to eMarketplace and PCWS from Purchasing’s website

WebFOCUS – Must take WebFOCUS training to get an account. You will use this for Scheduling Proofs, lists of majors and minors, graduation info, etc. Click here for more information

ShareNet – Contact Lisa Henline to set up an account. This is used for student information, course schedules, student calendar deadlines, workshops for staff

Class Climate – Set up account with Registrar’s Office. This is used for student’s to complete their evaluations of classes and teachers. You will set up the email generated surveys for the students to complete

Faculty Enlight – Set up account via the website. This is to order textbooks for faculty

Catering Services – Set up account through the website. This is used to reserve event dates and order food  (Use non-state funds only)
