Colleen Bell is the Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief Fiduciary Service Officer at Cambridge Investment Research, Inc.

Bell joined Cambridge in 2006, where she is responsible for the executive oversight for the service, solutions, and support delivered by Cambridge’s Operations Team while also overseeing the Fiduciary Services Department. In 2016, Bell was selected as a member of the IA 25 by “Investment Advisor” magazine and in 2020 was named by “InvestmentNews” as a Women to Watch honoree. She is an Executive Sponsor of Cambridge’s Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion Committee.

She is the education director and board member for Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS). She holds the FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 licenses, along with the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF) designation. Before Cambridge, Bell worked as a securities examiner for the Securities and Exchange Commission.
