Students to attend the T. S. Eliot International Summer School

February 28, 2019

Congratulations to Elena Makarion and Tegan Daly, who have been selected to receive traveling fellowships to attend the T. S. Eliot International Summer School this July. Each fellowship will help to pay for tuition, airfare, and accommodation in London, where Elena and Tegan will join students from over 39 countries and study with a team of internationally renowned Eliot scholars at the Institute for English Studies in the city’s literary center, Bloomsbury.

These fellowships are possible only with the generous support of John Z. Kiss, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences; Michael Parker, the Nicholas A. Vacc and Nancy N. Vacc Distinguished Professor in English and Creative Writing; Penelope Pynes, Associate Provost for International Programs; Dana Dunn, Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor; and the English department.
